Step 1: Learning About Your Business

The key starting point to any successful SEO campaign is planning and preparation. The more we know about your business, the better work we’ll be able to perform.

On our SEO discovery call we will:

  • Learn about your business.
  • Listen to you to understand exactly what you want to achieve from the campaign.
  • Understand what keywords you want to be seen for on Google.
  • Analyse the websites of your competitors whilst sharing
    our screen with you to show you exactly what
    they have done to get to where they are now.
  • Determine how long it will take to achieve your
    desired results and the investment required
    to get you there.

Step 2: Keyword Research

To understand the current SEO situation in your industry, our in-house keyword research team performs an in-depth research and analysis process for your specific campaign.

We look for the “low hanging fruit” keyword ideas that other competitors may have missed, and we’ll also analyse the top ranking websites to see what keywords they’re actively targeting.

Then, we’ll select the keywords we suggest you target, based on our expertise and your business objectives.

Step 3: SEO Proposal Video Call

Once we’ve finalised the best keywords to target for your campaign, we’ll jump on a video proposal call to go over our findings. Here, we’ll tell you exactly how we’re going to get your business onto the first page of Google.

During this call we will:

  • Present our keyword research findings to you, outlining the best approach for a strategy moving forward.

Step 4: Welcome Email

Ready to go? Look out for your Welcome Email from our Founder, Joshua George. This email will contain:

  • A link to schedule a time and date to jump onto the official onboarding call to go over the strategy for the next quarter.
  • A link to complete the direct debit mandate to allow for a seamless billing process.

The email will also contain the onboarding form to be completed prior to us starting the campaign. This form includes:

  • The best email addresses for us to send our monthly reports to.
  • Your website login details for us to make changes to your site.

Step 5: Onboarding Call

Get ready for a call with all of the team as we’re going to run through the custom SEO strategy for your business.

This call is important as it:

  • Gives you complete clarity on what will be happening before the start of the campaign.
  • Ensures we are all in agreement that the strategy compliments your goals.
  • Allows you to oversee the campaign comfortably and understand exactly what we’re doing behind the scenes to get you results.
  • Gives us another chance to show you how our 24/7 dashboard works, so you can monitor the progress of the campaign at any given time.

Step 6: Website Audit & Optimisations

It’s kick off time! The first thing we will do is run a comprehensive manual SEO audit on your site.

This is essential to ensure we’re not building your digital real estate on a weak foundation. Audit completed, it’s time to fix all of the problems we identified.

These optimisations may include:

  • Optimising title tags, URLs, meta descriptions and content across all relevant pages of the website.
  • Creating any new pages.
  • Optimising existing content.
  • Removing redundant pages.
  • Consolidating multiple existing pages that may work better together.
  • Optimising internal links to boost the relevance of your target pages.
  • Performing any other optimisation work necessary, including page/website speed, optimisation, optimising core web vitals, and so on.

Step 7: Onwards - Blog Creation and Link Building

The groundwork has been done, and just this first step will likely have had a huge positive effect across the entire site. Now, the work begins to increase the authority of your site. We do this in two ways; through improving and increasing the relevancy of the content, plus by developing an organic back-linking strategy.

Month in month out, our content and link building team will consistently:
