* Overall responsibility for client campaigns
* Holding client onboarding calls to welcome new clients to the agency
* Taking part in client campaign review calls (Held every quarter) and advising clients on how the campaign is going and our plan of action over the next quarter
* Managing the sales team and providing them with what they need to be able to fulfil their role
* Managing all our departments to ensure clients are getting their agreed monthly deliverables
* Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, maintenance, and development of all departments
* Conducting weekly campaign review calls with key team members to assess campaign performance and suggest tweaks where necessary
* Responsibility for ensuring standards are kept high across all departments
* Marketing activities from time to time to help generate more leads for our sales team
