Cut Throat Club, Australia’s premier online razor specialist, has been on a mission since 2015 to provide customers with the highest quality products and an exceptional shaving experience. They were already doing well in Australia and wanted to break into the US market. They reached out to us to boost their e-commerce sales and strengthen their online presence in the US.

Keywords, Bidding & Targeting

With solid target pages already in place, our primary objective was to build upon this foundation and improve their content to ensure visibility for buyer intent keywords. Before we could do that, we had to finalize the keywords we were targeting as part of the campaign.

We conducted a comprehensive website audit and addressed all on-page SEO issues, including optimizing title tags, URLs, meta descriptions, and internal links to boost the relevance of the target pages.

On the collection pages, we added topically relevant content below the fold to enhance the pages’ relevance and increase visibility without negatively affecting conversions.

Our blog team researched informational keywords to target and attract top-of-the-funnel traffic, an effective strategy to capture users at different stages of the buying process. All blogs were heavily optimized and now attract hundreds of monthly visitors for our client, which funnel through to the collection pages.

Lastly, we secured features for Cut Throat Club on prominent media websites within the men’s grooming niche to boost the relevance and authority of their domain.

The Results

Our main campaign objective was to dominate top positions on Google’s search results page. Following our extensive approach, our team delivered the promised results. Cut Throat Club now holds top positions, and our efforts have resulted in an increase of over 7,000 positions across all targeted keywords.

The website’s user base grew significantly within two months,
