ClickSlice Careers

Want to become part of the ClickSlice family? We’re always on the lookout for people who not only share our passion for SEO, but are willing to learn and grow alongside us.

Our Company Values

Integrity. Communication. Results. These are the three pillars that ClickSlice was built upon and they’re qualities we look for in every person who wants to work alongside us. These are non-negotiable, and we’ll tell you why.

Based on our experience, when you work with honest, reliable, and result-driven people, the work you do is not only more fulfilling and enjoyable, but our joint effort will get our clients the results that they signed up for.

The Culture at ClickSlice

The culture at ClickSlice is very different from most companies that you’ve worked for so far. We’re a young, flexible, and fully-remote team that is all about hard work, good vibes, and getting our clients the results they signed up for. We’re pretty basic, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
We hate the corporate, soul-sucking way of operating, attending pointless meetings to fill in the calendar, and so forth. And frankly, that has had a massive impact on all of our team members and their job satisfaction, happiness, and willingness to go above and beyond for the people who pay our salaries – our clients.
We are also a super diverse company that doesn’t discriminate against anyone. And how could we? Our team is composed of people from all over the world, including the UK, Romania, Armenia, and the Philippines, to name a few.

What Are the Benefits of Working for ClickSlice?

There are many benefits of working for ClickSlice. Besides the obvious, which include working amongst awesome and friendly people, learning and growing as a professional, and working from anywhere you want, there are other benefits of joining the ClickSlice family. They include:

Meet Our Market-Leading Team of SEO Experts

Say hello to our crew of passionate innovators, change-makers, and copy-creatives. When you work with ClickSlice, you’ll work with a real team that gets its kicks from mastering the latest in SEO and works round the clock for groundbreaking results.
Our team ethos is that you deserve nothing less than accountable, transparent, and results-driven marketing. We never leave you in the dark, and each one of us is just an email away, ready to help.
Based across the UK and in Europe, more often than not, you’ll find us geeking out behind our keyword tracker dashboard, knee-deep in some juicy blog content, or meeting our clients in a cosy London coffee shop. Sound like your kind of people?

Still Curious?

Typically, every applicant goes through a two-stage interview (it sounds scary and corporate, but it really isn’t). The first interview is to find out more about you and your background and for you to find out more about us and if working at ClickSlice would be a good fit for you.

The second stage of the interview is purely focused on assessing your skills for the role that we are looking to fill. Again, it’s nothing scary and you shouldn’t be nervous about it at all. Just do your best, and leave the rest to us.

First of all, we’d like to mention that we don’t filter through our job applications based on what we see on the CV. In fact, we don’t even want to see your CV. Instead, we want to hear more about you, why you want to work with us, and what you’ve been up to so far (in regards to the role that you’re applying for).

So, to make yourself stand out from the crowd (according to our operations manager, Iulia), be honest and be yourself. She doesn’t want to hear “I want to work for ClickSlice because I’ve been consistently impressed by the company’s reputation for excellence in the digital marketing industry.” That’s boring, feels forced, and she hears it all the time.

One thing that we do like to look at is our applicants’ LinkedIn profiles. So, please make sure that yours is up to date before applying. The reason for this is because it’s a quick and easy way to see what your experience is, what your interests are, how active you are within the industry, and so on.

Not at all. As we’ve mentioned above, our team members come from all over the world. And as a result, as long as the work gets done to the highest standard, it’s really up to you to decide whether you want to work from home, your local coffee shop, or anywhere else.
