Want to become part of the ClickSlice family? We’re always on the lookout for people who not only share our passion for SEO, but are willing to learn and grow alongside us.
Integrity. Communication. Results. These are the three pillars that ClickSlice was built upon and they’re qualities we look for in every person who wants to work alongside us. These are non-negotiable, and we’ll tell you why.
Open Positions
Typically, every applicant goes through a two-stage interview (it sounds scary and corporate, but it really isn’t). The first interview is to find out more about you and your background and for you to find out more about us and if working at ClickSlice would be a good fit for you.
The second stage of the interview is purely focused on assessing your skills for the role that we are looking to fill. Again, it’s nothing scary and you shouldn’t be nervous about it at all. Just do your best, and leave the rest to us.
First of all, we’d like to mention that we don’t filter through our job applications based on what we see on the CV. In fact, we don’t even want to see your CV. Instead, we want to hear more about you, why you want to work with us, and what you’ve been up to so far (in regards to the role that you’re applying for).
So, to make yourself stand out from the crowd (according to our operations manager, Iulia), be honest and be yourself. She doesn’t want to hear “I want to work for ClickSlice because I’ve been consistently impressed by the company’s reputation for excellence in the digital marketing industry.” That’s boring, feels forced, and she hears it all the time.
One thing that we do like to look at is our applicants’ LinkedIn profiles. So, please make sure that yours is up to date before applying. The reason for this is because it’s a quick and easy way to see what your experience is, what your interests are, how active you are within the industry, and so on.
